Big enough to manage,
small   enough to care.

About Bourne Estates
Managing Agents now require a level of technical knowledge and experience that has been acknowledge by the creation of a Professional Association; the Institute of Residential Property
Managers.
All management staff of Bourne Estates Ltd are members and receive ongoing training from the Institute. The company is also a corporate member of ARMA, the managing agents governing body that sets the industry’s standards on all aspects of property management, including fiscal practices. Bourne Estates has derived many benefits from our active participation in these organisations, and our contribution to them has also been acknowledged.
ESTATE MANAGEMENT.

When taking over a development it is often opportune to review all current contracts, schedules and working practices to ensure best value is being obtained for the client’s service charge
income.

We will work with client’s existing tradesmen or draw up new schedules and provide estimates from our own approved contractor list. As part of our normal fee structure we will supervise gardeners, cleaners and maintenance contractors and ensure their prompt payment. All our
registered contractors carry Public Liability Insurance and are available on an emergency call out basis.
